Mark Szabo is the Diversity Outreach Manager and Chairman of the Veterans Resource Group at Baker Hughes. He developed Baker Hughes’ Military Recruiting Program which was ranked #3 on the 2015 GI Jobs Top 100 Military Friendly Employer List. Mark provided testimony to the United States Congress House Committee on Veterans Affairs, on “Exploring Jobs for Veterans in the Energy Sector.” Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Mark worked in the staffing industry, in corporate recruiting, and as the Director of Career Services for DeVry University. He served in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps for 16 years, both as an enlisted soldier and commissioned officer. Mark holds a Master of Education from the University of Houston and a Master of Management in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
