Courtney was relocated to Odessa, Texas as the Business Development Manager in January 2017. Prior to this role, she was the Global Product Line Manager based in Houston. In her first year at Baker Hughes, 2007, she participated with the development and dispersion of a Professional Development organization known as ENDEAVOR. She remained active as a board chair with ENDEAVOR for over 8 years. This group was dedicated to preparing individuals for successful careers within the company. Courtney was also selected as Chapter President for the Women’s Resource Group (WRG) at Baker Hughes, working to promote the benefits of building an inclusive work environment. The WRG’s goal was to foster creativity and innovation among a diverse team through networking and mentoring. Courtney received her BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 and her Masters of Business Administration in 2014, both from The University of Texas in Austin.
