Sherri Sides is the VP Human Resources for Air Liquide U.S.A. She has responsibility driving growth in Air Liquide’s businesses through an effective Human Resources and people strategy. She is responsible for human resources strategy and planning; talent management and succession processes, training and leadership development; diversity and inclusion; employee relations; as well as compensation and benefits.
Sherri joined Air Liquide in 2011 as the business partner for the Large Industries division and later held the Talent Management leadership role for the Americas before assuming her current role in 2014. Prior to Air Liquide she worked in the semiconductor, technology and healthcare industries. She has held roles such as HR Business Partner, Director of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Director of Talent Management.
She is currently the chairperson for the Employee Benefits Committee and D&I Executive Council at Air Liquide.
Sherri holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters degree in Human Services from St. Edward’s University
