Jerry Autry is a multi-faceted speaker, professional coach, strategist and humanitarian. Throughout his nearly 20-year career as a Human Resources practitioner, he has served in numerous capacities including various management roles across several industries. He is currently Manager of Human Resources at Gulf Interstate Engineering.
He is the Founder and CEO of Suits for Sons, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young men through training, mentoring and scholarships. He is also an active member of the Texas Diversity Council’s Gulf Coast Advisory Board and serves as the Co-chair of the Education Committee. His other civic activities include advocacy for individuals overcoming drug and alcohol codependency, providing professional and leadership training for youth in Colombia, and he is a member of NAACP Houston. He is also a member of Leadership Houston Class XXXV.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University (Houston, TX).
